Email us about anything — problems using the app, audio issues, forgotten password, account deletion requests, or reporting abusive behaviour in a room. We normally reply within 1–2 business days.

สมัครสมาชิกด้วยชื่อผู้ใช้และรหัสผ่าน → เลือกห้อง → กดปุ่มกลางค้างไว้เพื่อพูด ปล่อยเพื่อฟัง เหมือนวิทยุสื่อสาร
ครั้งแรกแอปจะขอสิทธิ์ใช้ไมโครโฟน ต้องอนุญาตจึงจะพูดได้
Sign up with a username and password, open a room, then hold the big button to talk and release to listen.
The app asks for microphone permission the first time — you must allow it to transmit.
ตรวจว่าอนุญาตไมโครโฟนแล้ว (ตั้งค่าเครื่อง → Wordang → ไมโครโฟน) และมีคนอื่นออนไลน์อยู่ในห้องเดียวกัน
ถ้ามีคนกำลังพูดอยู่ ระบบจะให้เข้าคิวก่อน
Check that microphone permission is granted in your device settings, and that someone else is online in the same room.
If another member is already talking, you are placed in a queue.
เร่งเสียงเครื่อง ปิดโหมดเงียบ และลองปรับ “ความดังเสียงเข้า” ในหน้าตั้งค่าเป็น 2× หรือ 3×
เสียงจะดังก็ต่อเมื่อมีสมาชิกคนอื่นกดพูดเท่านั้น
Turn up the volume, make sure silent mode is off, and try setting “Incoming volume” to 2× or 3× in Settings.
Audio only plays when another member presses talk.

ลบเองได้ในแอป: หน้ารายการห้อง → ตั้งค่า → ลบบัญชี (ยืนยัน 2 ขั้น) ข้อมูลจะถูกลบถาวร
หรือดูขั้นตอนแบบละเอียดที่ หน้าลบบัญชี · จะส่งอีเมลให้ทีมงานลบให้ก็ได้
You can delete your account inside the app: Settings → Delete account (two-step confirmation).
Full instructions are on the account deletion page, or email us and we will delete it for you.
เจ้าของห้องสามารถเตะหรือแบนสมาชิกได้จากรายชื่อสมาชิกในห้อง หากต้องการให้ทีมงานช่วย ส่งอีเมลพร้อมชื่อห้องและชื่อผู้ใช้
Room owners can remove or ban members from the member list. If you need our help, email us with the room name and username.
